Welcome to Direction 4 Life Work

A significant number of gifted individuals desire a profound alignment
between who they are, their understanding of God’s purposes and the
diverse needs of people in the world today.

This style of vocational journey can evoke both a spirit of adventure and a
debilitating paralysis. Instinctively we know that the path forward will be
discovered as “the road less traveled.”

Maybe you’ve been considering what it would be like to make a difference
in the non-profit sector. Or you may be experiencing a nudge to investigate
serving God and people in a vocational ministry role.

On the other hand, perhaps you have been serving in a vocational ministry
setting and have a growing sense that it’s time for a transition—possibly a
lateral move or maybe one that requires reinventing yourself altogether.

These ministry transitions are unique because so much of one’s personal
identity, community and deepest held values come into play. As a result, the
potential for confusion, doubt, hurt and loss can create significant upheaval
as we seek to steward our gifts and calling.

Through more than 25 years of ministry in para-church and local church
settings, I have extensive experience in counseling people in both the non-
profit and vocational ministry arena. It would be my pleasure to help you
discern how best to give authentic expression to what is in your heart.

Dave was able to get to know
me quickly and help bring
vision to how God can use me.
He also gave me the valuable
input and professional human
resource information I needed
through his knowledge and
use of career testing.

Currently, I am in a job fit that
brings out my passions and
how God created me.  I have
been more productive and
fulfilled in my job as a result of
Dave's input.
